The offer
What exactly do I get for the monthly fee?
A complete mortgage website built for your business: program pages, originator profiles with NMLS identifiers, a payment estimator that captures leads, an application path into your CRM or LOS, hosting, a domain, 5 revisions a month, 2 researched articles a week and a 90+ PageSpeed guarantee. Plans start at $137 a month; the $797 build fee is invoiced only after launch.
Do you quote rates or approve loans?
No. We are a website design and management company. We never quote rates, approve loans, state eligibility or give financial advice. The site describes your programs, shows an estimator that is labeled as an estimate, and sends inquiries to you. Your NMLS, licensing and advertising compliance stays with you and your compliance team.
What is the difference between the three plans?
Every plan includes the full site, the estimator, hosting, revisions and articles. Branch adds the AI Engine: an AI receptionist, site chat, SMS, Messenger and Instagram agents, call-analysis PDFs and A2P 10DLC registration, billed at $297 a month plus usage. Enterprise adds the Content Engine: 3 articles a week, 3 social image posts and 2 reels a week and a managed Google Business Profile, at $747 a month.
How fast will the site be?
90+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile and desktop, guaranteed in your terms. The site is hand-built as static pages and served from Cloudflare's edge, and we control every script on it, so the number holds after launch rather than only on launch day. If a page we built falls below the floor because of our work, we fix it at no charge.
Getting started
What happens straight after I buy?
You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your programs, the states and cities you serve, your team and their identifiers, your brand, your domain and where inquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is not ready, submit anyway. The rest can follow by email or as a ticket in your client portal, and it does not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill the gaps and agree the launch date.
What is the client portal?
It is your account with us, and you get it the day the site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket, send files you still owe us and message the team directly. Everything to do with the site runs through it, so a license change or a new originator never gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; that side is ours.
What do you need from my compliance team?
The disclosure wording, the equal housing statement, the identifiers and licensed states you want shown, and the name of whoever signs off new pages. Bring it to the onboarding call or send it later as a portal ticket. Compliance decisions stay with you: we place the wording you give us and change it once so it appears identically on every page.
Revisions and the client portal
What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?
A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. A new originator, a license line, a program change, a compliance footer update, a batch of headshots: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Build two new program pages, here is the copy and the images for both" is one revision, not four. 5 are included every month on every plan. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days, whatever the size. Unused revisions do not roll over. All of them are raised in your client portal.
How quickly can a compliance change go live?
Within 2 to 5 working days, the same as any revision, and we prioritize disclosure and licensing changes inside that window. Because the disclosure block, the identifiers and the licensing lines live in one place, a wording change is made once and appears on every page at the same time.
How do I actually request a change?
Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need, and it lands with the team as a tracked request, so you can see where it is without chasing anyone. You can also email us and we log it for you. There is no website dashboard to learn: not having to log in anywhere is the point of a managed plan.
Articles
What are the articles about and who writes them?
We research and write them: 2 a week on Solo Originator and Branch, 3 a week on Enterprise, each 2,500 to 3,200 words. They answer the questions borrowers search before they call anyone, cite their sources, and link to your program pages and estimator. They never quote rates, state eligibility or give advice on a specific situation.
Can my compliance team review articles before they publish?
Yes. Articles are scheduled a week ahead and can be held for approval by whoever you name. If your compliance team prefers to sign off a monthly topic list instead, we send one. Any article can be edited or withdrawn at any time as a revision.
Do the articles help the site rank?
They are the main reason it does. Program pages and branch pages rank for the searches with your city and your programs in them; the articles rank for the long questions borrowers ask on the way to a decision. Together they are what lets a site start ranking for local searches within 3 to 5 months of launch, which is also guaranteed in your terms.
The AI Engine
What does the AI Engine do for a mortgage business?
It answers the phone when nobody can, takes the borrower's details and the program they are asking about, books a call with the right originator, and answers routine questions in site chat, SMS, Messenger and Instagram. Each call produces a short analysis PDF. It is included on the Branch and Enterprise plans, with usage billed monthly in arrears.
Will the AI agents ever quote a rate or say someone qualifies?
No. The agents are configured never to quote a rate, never to state whether someone qualifies, never to discuss a specific file and never to give financial advice. Anything of that kind is handed to a person with a summary. You approve every script before launch and your compliance team can change any line as a revision.
What is A2P 10DLC and why does it matter?
It is the carrier registration required to send business text messages in the United States. Without it, messages are filtered or blocked. We file the registration for you as part of the Branch and Enterprise plans; carrier fees are passed through at cost. You remain responsible for consent and opt-out rules on your own communications.
Hosting and management
Is hosting an extra cost?
No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and is never billed separately. The site runs on Cloudflare global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included. There is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal, no bandwidth overage and no surprise line in month four.
Where is the site hosted and what does that include?
On Cloudflare's network, with a certificate that renews itself, a firewall, daily backups and uptime monitoring that alerts us. There is no separate hosting bill, no SSL line and no plugin licenses, because there are no plugins. The monthly fee is the whole cost of keeping the site online.
Is the site secure enough for a regulated business?
The marketing site holds no loan files. Inquiry forms ask only for contact details and the facts needed to route the inquiry, then pass them to your CRM or LOS. Sensitive data stays in the systems built to hold it. We document the hosting and security setup for your IT or compliance team on request.
What do you monitor after launch?
Uptime, certificate validity, form delivery into your CRM or LOS, and the PageSpeed score of every page after each weekly update. If anything drifts below the 90+ floor because of something we did, we fix it at no charge.
Domains
Do I have to pay for a domain?
No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, so you own it outright. If you already own a domain we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for the borrowers and agents who know your current address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.
Can the site sit under my lender's or credit union's domain?
Yes, as a subdomain or a directory, if head office or your IT team agrees. During the demo we talk through which option will rank better for your city and which fits your organization's policy. The decision is yours.
Moving from your current site
What happens to my current site and its rankings?
We map every existing URL to its new home and set 301 redirects in the same release, so the pages that rank today pass their standing to the new pages. Your originator details, photos, program descriptions and any articles worth keeping are migrated. Nothing is switched off until the new site is live and approved.
How long does the build take?
7 days on Solo Originator, 10 on Branch and 15 on Enterprise, counted from the onboarding call. The build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you have approved it.
What do you need from me to start?
One onboarding call, your logo and photos, your programs, your team's identifiers and licensed states, and the disclosure wording your compliance team wants on the site. If some of that is not ready, we start with what you have and add the rest as revisions before launch.
Billing and cancellation
What do I actually pay, and when?
You pay the monthly fee for the plan you choose up front: $137, $297 plus AI usage, or $747 a month. The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it, and is due within 7 days of that invoice. The free domain and the Cloudflare hosting sit inside the monthly figure, never as separate lines.
How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need?
Email us and say plainly that you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday, excluding United States public holidays. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and the site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month. On cancellation we export your content and articles within 14 days and transfer your domain on request.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. That covers monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and any cost we pass through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is invoiced only after you have approved the site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterwards.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No minimum term. The plan is month to month and paying the first monthly invoice is the start of the agreement. The only commitment is the build fee, which is invoiced after launch and covers the work already done.
Still a question left? Ask it on the call.
Plans $137 a month. The build fee comes after launch. Cancel any month.
