Website designs for mortgage professionals

Three starting layouts for loan officers, brokers and branches. Every one is rebuilt around your programs, your team and your compliance wording before it goes live.

  • 7days from onboarding to live on Solo Originator
  • 90+PageSpeed on mobile, written into your terms
  • 5revisions a month, no size limit on a revision

Every layout is built from the same six pages

A mortgage website is not a homepage with things attached to it. It is six page types doing six jobs, and the layout decides how they look, not whether they are there. Turn the cube, or use the list.

Drag to spin. It also turns as you scroll.

The page set, in order of who reads it

The cube is here to be played with. The links beside it are the real navigation, and they go to the detail on each page type.

Three starting layouts

Each one exists because a different kind of mortgage business gets found in a different way. Pick the one that describes you and the build starts there.

  • One person, one identifier

    The Originator

Built for a loan officer whose visitors nearly all arrive from a referral, already knowing the name and nothing else.

    • A first screen that answers who, what and where licensed
    • One page per program, in the order you originate them
    • Estimator above the fold on a phone
    • A page written for the real estate agents who send you work

Tone Warm and personal. Photography of a person, not a building.

  • A team, a town, a roster

    The Branch

Built for a branch whose website has to rank in its own city and carry a page for every originator without any of them touching a builder.

    • A location page for the branch and one for each city it serves
    • A profile for every originator, generated from one block
    • Programs listed once and inherited by every profile
    • A disclosure block changed in one place and published everywhere

Tone Institutional and calm. Numbers, hours and a map before anything decorative.

  • Many branches, one standard

    The Enterprise

Built for a company running sites across regions, where the risk is not design, it is drift between what each branch publishes.

    • A shared component set so no branch can invent its own layout
    • Region and branch directories that stay in step
    • One compliance block, versioned, pushed to every site
    • Reporting on which sites are running which version

Tone Restrained. The design gets out of the way of the structure.

Not sure which one you are? The who it is for pages describe the same three from the business's side, and a demo settles it in about ten minutes.

Six things we rebuild on every layout

This is the part that stops two sites from the same starting point reading as the same website.

  • Your colors and type

Taken from your brand, or set with you if there is nothing to work from. The layout carries them; it does not fight them.

  • Your programs

A page per program you actually originate, named the way you name it, not a stock list of loan types.

  • Your identifiers

Company and originator identifiers and licensed states, placed once and published on every page, so they change in one edit.

  • Your compliance wording

Exactly what your compliance team supplies, in the placement they ask for. We hold launch until they have signed it off.

  • Your estimator

Configured for the programs and inputs you want shown, labeled as an estimate, and wired to your CRM or LOS.

  • Your service area

A page for each town, city or county you name on the onboarding form, so the site has something to rank with.

Questions about the designs

Can I buy just the template?

No. We do not sell files. Every plan is a built site that we run for you, and the layout is the starting point for that build, not the product. If you want to see what the finished thing looks like before you commit, a demo shows a real build on your screen.

How much of the layout can change?

Anything that is not required for speed or accessibility. Sections move, sections come out, sections get added. What does not change is the page set underneath, because that page set is what makes the site findable and what makes an inquiry land in your system.

Do all your clients end up with the same website?

No. The three layouts share a page set, not a look. Colors, type, photography, section order and copy are yours, and the programs and locations the site carries are different for every client, so two sites built from one layout do not read as siblings.

Can you rebuild the design I already have?

Usually yes. If you have a brand or a site you like the look of, we can rebuild that look on our stack rather than start from a layout, and the 90+ PageSpeed floor still applies. Send the current site with your enquiry and we will say what carries over.

When are the design previews published?

When there are finished client sites we are allowed to show. We will not publish invented screenshots of businesses that do not exist to fill a gallery. Until then, the demo is the honest version: a live build, on your screen, with your programs in it.

See a real build, not a screenshot

About 30 minutes, on your screen, with your programs in it. Plans from $137 a month and the build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you have approved it.
