You stay on the list at the frequency you pick below, and nothing arrives more often than that. This form is the way back if you want to change it again, or stop altogether.

What this does not stop

Three kinds of message are not marketing, and unsubscribing does not switch them off.

What happens next

The change is saved the moment you press the button, and this page confirms it. There is no confirmation link to hunt for in another email. If a message that was already queued reaches you afterwards, reply to it and we will check the address by hand.
