The build fee is due after your site is live, and paid once

The $797 build fee covers the work of building your site, and it is due only after launch, once you have approved what we built. Pay it here in one go. It is not a subscription and nothing about your monthly plan changes.

Plans started on or before December 31, 2026 have the build fee waived. If that is you, there is nothing to pay here.

Paid through Stripe. The amount is the same on every plan and excludes any tax we are required to collect.

Why there is a build fee at all

The monthly plan pays for running the site. The build fee pays for making it, which happens once, so it is charged once, and only after you have seen the result.

Every feature, in one place
  • The whole site, designed and built

Home, program pages, originator profiles, branch pages, about, contact and apply, built for your programs rather than poured into a template.

  • The payment estimator on your domain

Labeled as an estimate, and every run captured as a lead that stays yours.

  • Profiles and compliance wording, placed once

NMLS identifiers, licensed states and the disclosure text you give us, set once so a change reaches every page.

  • The application path, wired and tested

Connected to your CRM or LOS by API, Zapier or Make, and tested with a real submission before launch.

  • Migration and redirects

The pages worth keeping from your current site, moved with redirects so the rankings come with them.

  • Domain, hosting and the technical base

Your domain pointed or registered in your name, SSL, schema, sitemaps and canonical tags built in rather than added later.

How paying works

Four steps, in order. The first one has already happened by the time you need this page.

  1. Before you pay

The site is live and approved

The build fee is due only after launch, once you have reviewed the site and told us you are satisfied. Nothing on this page applies before that.

  2. On this page

Pick your plan and pay through Stripe

The button opens a secure Stripe checkout for one payment. Card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers.

  3. Straight away

    A receipt by email

Stripe emails the receipt, and we send a short confirmation that the build is settled.

  4. After that

    Nothing recurring

This is one payment. It does not start, change or renew your monthly plan, which is billed separately on its own date.

Before you pay

Six answers, including when there is nothing to pay at all.

Is this a subscription?

No. The build fee is a single payment of $797. It never repeats, and paying it does not start, change or renew your monthly plan, which is billed separately.

Do I need to pay this?

Only if a build fee is due on your account, which means we have told you so once your site went live and you approved it. A plan started on or before Thursday December 31, 2026 has the build fee waived, so there is nothing to pay here. If you are not sure, email us before paying and we will check.

Why is the amount the same on every plan?

Because every plan gets the same website, built the same way. The plans differ by how much of the work after launch is ours, not by the build, so the build fee is $797 on Solo Originator, Branch, Enterprise alike.

Is paying here safe?

Yes. The payment runs on a Stripe checkout page over an encrypted connection. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach our servers, and Stripe emails the receipt.

Can the build fee be refunded?

No. All sales are final, and the build fee is due only after you have approved the live site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterwards. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it. The full wording is in the refund policy.

I picked the wrong plan on the button. Does it matter?

The amount is the same $797 whichever you press, so you are never charged the wrong figure. Pick the plan you are on so our records match, and if you pressed the wrong one, email us and we will note it against your account.

We are a website design and management company, not a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator or financial adviser. This payment is for the build of your website and nothing else. Questions about an invoice go to , and we reply within one working day.
