The one-time build fee is waived until December 31, 2026

Pick a plan, start the build, and the $797 that normally lands after launch never does. The monthly price is unchanged, the plan stays month to month, and the waiver is booked to Thursday December 31, 2026.

We are a website design and management company. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator or financial adviser.

Paying a build fee we invoiced you for? Pay the one-time build fee

What the waived fee actually pays for

The $797 is the build itself, which is the part of this that is genuinely one-time. It is worth knowing what is inside it before it disappears from your invoice.

Every feature, in one place
  • Design and build of the whole site: home, program pages, originator profiles, branch pages, about, contact and apply
  • The payment estimator set up on your domain, labeled as an estimate, with every run captured as a lead
  • Your programs written up as pages a borrower can read, one page per program you originate
  • Originator profiles carrying NMLS identifiers and licensed states, placed once so they change everywhere
  • The application path wired into your CRM or LOS by API, Zapier or Make, and tested with a real submission
  • Domain registration or your existing domain pointed, hosting, SSL, firewall, backups and monitoring
  • Migration of the pages worth keeping from your current site, with redirects so the rankings come with you
  • Schema, sitemaps, canonical tags and the machine-readable index of the site, built in rather than added later

What happens after you pay

Five steps, in order, the way a file moves through gates. Nothing skips a step and nothing is instant.

  1. Straight away

Your first monthly payment, and nothing else

The first month of your plan is charged through Stripe when you order, and that payment starts the agreement. No deposit, no build fee, no minimum term behind it. A receipt and a confirmation email with your plan follow straight away.

  2. About 15 minutes

    The onboarding form

Your programs, the states and cities you serve, your team and their identifiers, your brand, your domain and where inquiries should land. If something is not ready, submit anyway. The rest can follow and it does not hold up the build.

  3. Within a working day

    One onboarding call

About an hour, with the person who builds the site. We fill the gaps, agree the compliance wording with whoever signs it off, and fix the launch date.

  4. 7 days on Solo Originator

    We build, you review

7 days on Solo Originator, 10 days on Branch, 15 days on Enterprise. You see the whole site before anything is public, and the changes you ask for at this stage are not counted against your monthly revisions.

  5. Launch day

Live, and the invoice that usually follows does not

Normally the $797 build fee is invoiced once the site is live and approved. On an order started before December 31, 2026 that invoice is never raised. Weekly updates and articles begin the same week.

The terms, in numbers

These four are written into the agreement, not into a sales page.

  • 7 daysFrom the onboarding call to live on Solo Originator
  • 5 a monthRevisions of any size, then $20 each
  • 90+PageSpeed on mobile, measured after every weekly update
  • $0Build fee on an order started before December 31, 2026

What we need from you

Six things, and none of them have to be ready before you start. Missing pieces follow by email or as a ticket in your client portal.

  • Your programs

The loan programs you originate and want pages for. A list is enough; we write them.

  • Your team

Names, roles, headshots and the identifiers each originator wants shown.

  • Compliance wording

Your disclosure text, equal housing statement, licensed states and the name of whoever signs off new pages.

  • A domain

Yours to point, or a new one registered in your name. Either way it stays in your name.

  • Where inquiries land

Your CRM or LOS, and the login or API access to connect it.

  • Anything you already have

Photos, a logo, brand colors, an existing site. Missing pieces do not stop the build.

What you are actually agreeing to

An order page that only lists the good parts is not an order page. Here are the terms that matter, including the one that is not in your favor.

  1. The build fee comes last, and right now it does not come at all

It is invoiced only after the site is live and you have approved it. Started before December 31, 2026, it is not invoiced.

  2. Month to month, no minimum term

Cancel with 2 business days of notice before your next invoice date and no further invoice is raised.

  3. The domain and the content are yours

The domain is registered in your name. On cancellation we transfer it at no charge and export your content and articles within 14 days.

  4. A 90+ PageSpeed floor, written into the terms

Measured after every weekly update, not once on launch day.

  5. All sales are final, and we say so before you start

Monthly fees and the build fee are not refunded for a change of mind. The one exception is a billing error of ours.

The deadline, stated as a date

The waiver runs to Thursday December 31, 2026. It is not a rolling window, there is no timer on this page that restarts when you reload it, and the date does not move if you come back tomorrow. An order started on or before that day is built with no build fee. After it, the $797 fee returns and is invoiced after launch in the usual way.

Before you start

Nine questions people ask on this page rather than on the pricing page.

Every question, grouped
What do I pay today?

The first month of the plan you pick, charged by card through Stripe when you order, and nothing else. That is $137 on Solo Originator, $297 plus usage on Branch, or $747 on Enterprise. There is no deposit and no build fee at checkout. That first monthly payment starts the agreement, and the plan then renews monthly.

What exactly is being waived?

The $797 one-time build fee. It is normally invoiced after your site is live and you have approved it, and on an order started before December 31, 2026 it is not invoiced at all. The monthly plan price does not change, so this is $797 off the first year and nothing added to the month.

When does the waiver end?

Thursday December 31, 2026. That is a fixed date, not a rolling window and not a timer that restarts when you reload the page. An order started on or before that date is built with no build fee. After it, the $797 build fee returns and is invoiced after launch in the usual way.

How long until the site is live?

7 days on Solo Originator, 10 days on Branch, 15 days on Enterprise, counted from the onboarding call rather than from the invoice, because the build starts when we have your programs, your team and your compliance wording. You review the site before it goes live and ask for changes.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No minimum term. The plan is month to month. The first monthly payment, taken at checkout, starts the agreement, and with the build fee waived there is no one-time commitment sitting behind it either.

How do revisions work once the site is live?

5 revisions a month are included on every plan, with no size limit, completed within 2 to 5 working days. A revision is one change request of any size: a new originator, a license line, a program change, a batch of photos. After five, each additional revision is a flat $20. Nothing is billed by the hour.

What happens if I cancel?

Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, and no further invoice is raised. The site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Your domain is yours and we transfer it on request, and we export your content and articles within 14 days. All sales are final, so read the refund policy before you start rather than after.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. The plans differ by what is managed for you, not by the site you get, so moving from Solo Originator to Branch or Enterprise adds the AI Engine or the Content Engine to the same site. Tell us and the change applies from your next invoice.

Do you quote rates, approve loans or write my compliance wording?

No. MortgageWebStudio is a website design and management company. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator or financial adviser. We place the disclosure wording, identifiers and licensed states that you give us, once, so they appear identically on every page. The decisions stay with you and your compliance team.
